Small Group Training

The classes are small, the energy is high, and the instruction is hands-on. From our new Self Defense class to our ultra-intense Xfit extreme workout class, Small Group Training is an increasingly popular fitness option at Asphalt Green.

Boxing Small Group Training: Spring
Our small group boxing training is action packed! Increase cardio fitness, muscle tone, power, strength, agility, coordination while decreasing body fat and stress! DeJuana will take you through an intense but fun workout including sparring, heavy bag work, jumping rope, Kettlebell swings and more in this high intensity non contact environment. All levels welcome.

Fit Club for Teens (ages 12-18): Spring
