The Asphalt Green Triathlon Club (AGTC) was created to provide superior educational, training, and social resources for triathletes. The club offers seasonal and ongoing programs, special lecture and seminar series, private and group instruction, and customized coaching. Private Swim Lessons for Triathletes
Many triathletes cite swimming as the weakest leg of their race. Private swim coaching offers one-on-one attention to your strengths and needs. You will learn to improve your efficiency, speed, and endurance while building confidence in the water. This program focuses on improving swimming technique rather than building swimming fitness.
